To whom it may concern:

My name is Robert Rockwell. I'm retired, and a KIA owner. I purchased my KIA at your dealers
hip, and have sent five other families who also purchased a KIA from you. I'm writing to honor one of your employees, a Mr. Chris Graham, Service Advisor.

My work history has been as a CEO, Executive Director, and Counselor for the Court, Fundraiser, Motivational Speaker, and Human resources. I believe that the greatest asset of any company or corporation is the employee. The service department is really customer relations. They are able to ensure satisfaction, and return business or not. I give my highest commendation to Mr. Chris Graham for his professionalism, dedication, kindness, knowledge, honesty, problem solving, and his positive attitude. I believe that your attitude determines your altitude. Chris arrives early, stays late when necessary, and gives an honest day's work. He does many things that do not fall under his duties or job description. I've seen him in action checking messages, unlocking doors, making coffee, greeting customers, and creating a positive work atmosphere and environment before others arrive. Chris is outstanding, and a credit to KIA and your dealership. He leads by example. I recommend him for a raise, or at least some recognition.

Dear Chris,

I wanted to thank you and your service team for the fantastic work that you performed on my 2010 KIA Forte. So far, the brake switch is holding and the cruise control seems to be working fine.

Also, a big thank you to whomever washed the car before it was returned to me!  That was, for me at least, an awesome extra that I was not expecting. THANKS!

I will definitely be seeing you again, just prior to driving to the east coast in November, for a comprehensive servicing of the car.

I am a proud 2010 Kia Soul Owner! Since buying this vehicle new I have had three warranty repair issues in which I have taken to the Cathedral City dealership service department for repair.  To the manager Jim, his customer service desk and all the technicians who have worked on these repairs, I truly am thankful for your time and the fact that you continue to listen to my concerns. 

This truly gets a 10 star rating in customer satisfaction and a reassurance that all my family and friends will continue to hear how happy I am with my Kia Soul

Two years ago we purchased a Kia Sportage.  I was looking for a small 'run around' car to leave in the garage when we returned to our second home in California.  One of the criteria that I absolutely had to have was heated seats and a hands free set up for my phone.  Since the Sportage did not come with either of those features, the salesman assured me that they would take care of adding those items with one of their 'aftermarket' vendors.  I loved my new car enough to sing its praises to everyone I knew.  Somewhere along the line, an airbag warning light came on but I did not take notice of it, or just assumed that it went on and off as needed.  Once we got back to California, my mother was in need of a new car, and my husband and I put her name on title.  In taking the car for service, she was told that the air bags were not functioning and because there was 'after factory' work done, the warranty was null and void.

We were contacted by Jim Van Demark, the service manager in the Palm Springs store, and assurend that they would handle every aspenct of this situation.  A driver was sent to pick up the car from my elderly parents.  Jim called to give us daily reports on the progress of the car, and could not have been more helpful or friendly.  Their professionalism and concern is seldom seen in business today, and it is truly valued and appreciated.

Team Kia's efforts will prove to be greatly rewarded in the best possible manner, word of mouth.
