The service department in Palm Springs Kia went above and beyond to take care of my unexpected window failure. One employee stayed over his shift to temporarily fix the problem at the request of Jesse, the service manager. A part was ordered and installed when it was available. Jesse and his team all contributed to successful solution. The waiting area was clean and uncluttered. My other choice for a dealer was Allstar Kia in San Bernardino, that I have used in the past. What a difference in dealerships! No comparison! Palm Springs Kia is now my “go to” dealership.

They do not offer a shuttle service to take you to and from home when your car is being serviced. Other than that the service department was fine.

I was assisted by Oscar he was very responsive by phone and even offered to accommodate our arrival to the dealer as we are about an hour away. It was worth the drive we came home in a new car and it wasn’t like pulling teeth!

08/19/2022- I brought my 2020 Kia Soul in to have my brakes checked and possible replaced. My service advisor, Manuel, was friendly and quoted me a piece and estimated wait time. My car was ready sooner than it was estimated to be done. Thank you!
PSK has been consistently great in their treatment of me as a customer and any time I bring my KIA in for service. I'm awaiting the Forte GT2 for my next lease. Lisa and the sales and service personnel are all top notch. I've been ill used by other dealerships in the past so it's great to find a place I can trust.

Took my car in for warrenty repair. Still came back slightly unsatisfied. Was offered a car wash I never got. Repair took 2 days. Caused me inconvenience as it was their fault from not repairing it properly the first time

Service Mgr Chuck was helpful in every way. He provided information when possible while being honest and upfront regarding repairs and delivery of parts. The Service Team assisted me with my numerous inquiries regarding my vehicle and I appreciated their efforts considering the Kia of Palm Springs dealership was the only dealership in the Coachella Valley at the time and the volume of customers needing help was unimaginable. So again, I thank the Service Department immensely!

Walked in for service with no appointment. Had me in and out in about 1.5 hours including an exterior car wash.
I was able to get an appointment the next day. Service was quick and then we found a part needed to be ordered for the repair. Manuel communicated with me during the entire process.
After they Installed a new Appointment system this was a problem for me. But at this appointment, things were 100 % better after the dealership worked out the kinks
