Over the past 50 years of car ownership I have dealt with service representatives for GMC, Ford, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Rolls Royce and KIA. Some have been better than others; some have tried my patience; some have had a lot of mechanical expertise.
But none of them have had the interpersonal skills to rival Mr. Garcia’s. Jessie has been uniformly upbeat, positive, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable in our five or so years of interactions. He’s helped me through problems where few others would have been in my corner or would have been as persistent to see that I got great service. For me Jessie is the face of KIA and THAT is something that KIA should be extremely proud of.
Not enough people write to complement exemplary employees. I want to make this an exception, to the usual string of folks griping about this, that or the other thing.
